Smart locks and connected access solutions.
ArgonX develops connected locking and access solutions as part of its bespoke technology offering. Hardware, embedded software and user-facing applications are considered together so access can fit the site’s operating requirements.

Understand the access journey
Who needs access, at which point, and what should be recorded afterwards, comes before a hardware choice. A container door, an internal compartment and a fixed site do not share one installation story.
Connected hardware and applications
Application areas discussed with customers include BLE and NFC access concepts, access events and history, lock status, external and container locks, internal compartments, and reefer or environment monitoring. The current-site imagery on this page illustrates those categories. They are configuration areas, not a universal product specification.
We do not publish an ingress rating, a marine grade, a multi-year power claim, a guaranteed encryption or compliance mark, uninterrupted connectivity, a remote-unlock guarantee or a price. An early application was built while the hardware approach was still being explored. It is not evidence of a completed commercial lock specification.

Integration with your operation
Access events are more useful when they can sit beside the asset, the journey or the work order they belong to. That integration may use AIoT, an existing business system, or software written for the project. The interface is assessed, not assumed.
Installation and acceptance
Installation conditions, power, communications and acceptance tests are part of the project scope. Bespoke services are how that scope is agreed. Satellite connectivity is not assumed for a lock.
Connected container access, from hardware to records
A smart lock project includes the physical door or compartment, the person requesting access and the record needed afterwards. ArgonX scopes container-lock hardware, BLE or NFC access concepts and software integration around the installation, rather than assuming one lock specification fits every site.
